Praxis Consulting Group provided development finance services to Catholic Community Services of Northern Nevada(CCSNN). The St. Vincent’s Residence Project entailed the demolition of two substandard rooming houses and the new construction of 28 studio-units in a three-story elevator structure. This project, owned by CCSNN, serves very low-income and formerly homeless individuals. Praxis Consulting Group assembled the financing which includes developer equity, land and building contributions, HOME funds, Federal Home Loan Bank Affordable Housing Program funds, an earmark from the State Legislature for transitional housing funds, and a conventional mortgage. Construction was completed in November, 2009.
