Praxis Consulting Group recently provided project management and development finance services to a Reno-based non-profit organization, Silver Sage Manor, Inc. The Silver Sage Senior Residence entailed the new construction of a 41-unit senior supported housing development, adjacent to a city park and church. The financing included Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, HOME funds, Federal Home Loan Bank Affordable Housing Program funds, and a conventional mortgage. The Residence opened in April 2007. Silver Sage Senior Residence is the 2007 recipient of the Nevada Governor's Award for Excellence in Energy Efficiency.
